Hi to everyone especially for co-bloggers and other website owners. Please listen it carefully. If you have avast antivirus in your system.It may sometimes shows some Malware threats,particularly (" VBS Malware-gen" ) while visiting your blog/website or visiting others.Please dont panic, Its due to some error occured in Histats.com. What ? Histats.com.... Yeh friends i think some one ,no...no... many sites are having link with Histats.com directly.

Histats.com is nothing but a visitors count / statistics provider,Yah ,I know...A good site providing visiting counters for improving our blogging skills.I am not writing this article for offending them.But the issue is little serious. May be 40-50% of blog owners use this Histats counter for their sites, to know their visitors count. Now the matter is, this Histats.com has some technical problems. So the page is not in use. If you use this Histats bar in your website/Blog (added in HTML gadgets), Remove it temporarily.Once the Histats.com rectify their website, we may use it again. Due to this stuff, the error VBS Malware-gen is shown by Avast and preventing the users(visitors) to visit (our )those sites having link with Histats.com. Also avast is creating panic among Blog viewers and owners. So remove it from your blog and sites immediately. This is what i found after a 2hours research with my blog.I am sharing this with you to prevent wasting of time unnecessarily in this issue, just like me.
Not only Histats, some other gadgets that we get from other providers also cause this ill effects in our blog/site sometimes. Actually Google is very clear in what it is doing . So your blog (from blogspot.com) will never easily attacked or hacked by others. If any problem occurs just like above means, that are only due to these third parties . So be careful with what you are using in your blogs from third parties.Often check their sites whether they are in good condition.Also dont forget to visit Google FAQ forums if any problem occurs.Ok bye... :) Happy Blogging...
